Our V-band clamps are made from aerospace grade titanium alloy for strength, reliability and corrosion resistance with a bright weldable surface. The internal interlocking stainless steel flanges are deeper on the outside to ensure a secure, tight fit that can withstand high pressures. Corrosion resistant titanium alloy allows V-Band clamps to withstand extreme environmental conditions. Available in one or two pieces with or without flanges as required.

 

HRJ V-Band Clamps are a durable and versatile clamping system for your automotive and industrial applications. The clamp features a Quick Release T-Bolt to allow quick and easy installation without having to fully disassemble the clamp. The clamp is made of 100% titanium for excellent weather and corrosion resistance.

To produce titanium V-band clamps, we select high quality titanium billets which are forged or machined to form the initial shape of the clamp, including the distinctive V-band profile. This is followed by precision machining and forging to ensure the exact dimensions and surface finish required. Furthermore, heat treatment is indispensable for optimising the mechanical properties of the parts. To improve corrosion resistance and appearance, surface treatment techniques such as polishing or coating are used. To ensure that each fixture meets the stringent standards and specifications required by the industry, we manage the production steps and rigorously control the quality of our products.
