Titanium Straight tube 1.0mm is lightweight, has high strength and superior mechanical properties. It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators and transmission pipelines. The titanium tubes produced by our factory are more used in the automobile exhaust industry, and have been favored by many foreign customers due to the advantages of easy bending and good quality. Our factory now has various specifications in stock, in order to facilitate customers to buy at any time.

The manufacturing process of titanium Straight tube 1.0mm mainly includes the selection of titanium raw materials, casting, extrusion, hot rolling, welding, cold drawing, heat treatment and surface treatment.
1. Casting: Casting can be divided into sand casting, gas phase casting, etc. The titanium material is heated to a molten state, and then the molten titanium material is poured in through a casting mold and cooled to form a titanium tube.
2. Extrusion: In the extrusion process, titanium materials are processed by extrusion machines. Extrusion can make titanium materials get a more uniform cross-section and better compactness.
3. Hot Rolling: The method of plastically deforming the titanium material at high temperature to make it a thin-walled titanium tube. This manufacturing process can improve the shape accuracy and surface quality of titanium tubes, as well as improve their mechanical properties.
4. Welding: A method of connecting multiple titanium plates or titanium tubes into one through high-temperature welding technology. Common welding methods include arc welding, electron beam welding, and laser welding.
5. Cold Drawing: A manufacturing method of extruding the titanium tube through the mold at room temperature to make it thinner and longer. Cold drawing can improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of titanium tubes.
6. Heat Treatment: Through the process of heating and cooling, the microstructure and properties of titanium tubes are changed. The strength and hardness of titanium tubes can be improved by heat treatment.
7. Surface Treatment: In order to improve its corrosion resistance and decoration. Common surface treatment methods include pickling, polishing, and sandblasting.
